This is for our top quality, certified and fully plant pass-ported, Hornbeam (Carpinus Betulus) hedging plants trees.
These excellent quality plants are sent to you as bare root stock. Suitable for hedging or individual trees. Hornbeam is a semi-evergreen plant giving you all year round privacy and is much more wildlife friendly than an evergreen plant!
Easy to grow in most soil types and conditions – just trim once a year at the end of August for a lovely thick hedge. Has green leaves in the Spring and Summer and brown coloured leaves in the Autumn and Winter.
Certified Grade A plants – semi-evergreen giving you all year round privacy. Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) – 5 plants will cover 1 metre – Order as many packs as you need for your spacing. Suitable for either hedging or growing as individual plants. Wildlife friendly – just trim once a year at the end of August.
